EDM Machines
C&A Machine has two Mitsubishi Wire EDM Machines; 1x FA-10, 1x FX-10. With these machines, we are able to consistently hold tolerances of 0.0001”. Our team of engineers are experienced in the prototype to production process, including full PPAP capabilities.
Our machines can handle various types of materials, sized up to 14”L x 10”W x 8”H. We are equipped to run Brass Wiring from 0.006” to 0.010” in diameter.
Producing components in all industries from raw material stock to finished components, we are able to machine to your companies specifications.
